Change Management is an Oxymoron
A dubious industry consultation and “occupation” has the right to a “Change Management”. These words represent about twice as much sense as well as “holy war”, “non-working-mother”, “option” and “political principles.” Many books, models, theories and “process” of change, from of staff in support of the people, consultants or researchers, but I’ve never built a company or organization. “Change Management” is the same reasoning as dangerous strategic planning attractive.
